  5. TeleCenter is a complete manual Call Attendant and Directory management system.
  6. The system handles attendant positions, secretaries, guard posts, mail rooms,
  7. and directory management. The system is suitable for small to very large
  8. companies with 5000+ employees. Lookup by name, department, extension, or
  9. mailstop. The system can take a pink pad message for storage in the database.
  10. The messages can also be retrieved online by the message center operators or
  11. mailed to the recipient if they have an account on the system or any networked
  12. system via standard XENIX mail. Each person has an entry that lists among other
  13. information: name, nickname, title, mailstop, office number, department,
  14. extension, status (in, out, vacation, lunch, etc.), and 320 characters of free
  15. text for additional information. The telephone directory can be printed by
  16. name, extension, department, mailstop, or office location. The output can also
  17. be directed to a file such that a word processor can import it. Additional
  18. fields for jack, cable, and pair are provided.
